A Dubai corporate-gifts and custom-merchandise supplier needed a storefront that works the way B2B buying actually works: quotes before carts, credit accounts, and artwork sign-off before print.

Designed forCorporate gift buyers and account teams managing bulk branded orders

Consumer eCommerce patterns break for bulk branded orders. Buyers need per-size quantities, print locations, RFQs, AED credit balances, and a place to approve artwork proofs.

I followed the buyer's journey from catalogue to reorder and designed each step as a working React route, revising it with the client over four months of reviews.

  • Mapped the B2B journey from catalogue discovery through quote, credit, and reorder.
  • Designed working routes for product configuration, customisation, checkout, and account operations.
  • Refined the prototype with the client throughout four months of reviews.

A coded prototype of the whole storefront: mega-menu catalogue, RFQ product pages with per-size quantities and print locations, a custom t-shirt designer, quote cart and checkout with credit and real shipping rates, and an account area for quotes, orders, invoices, and artwork proofing.

A 35-route B2B storefront prototype covering the full buying and post-purchase account experience.

B2B commerce is mostly account pages. The storefront sells, but the invoice, quote, and proofing screens are where the client's team spends their day, so they got the same care as the home page.
