Print buyers needed a clearer path from choosing a product to configuring it and placing an order.

Designed forFirst-time and professional print buyers

Print options, product details, previews, and checkout had to make sense to both first-time buyers and experienced customers.

I followed the ordering journey from product selection to configuration, looking for places where choices, pricing, or previews became unclear.

  • Simplified the product configuration journey for different levels of print experience.
  • Connected product options, previews, pricing, and checkout into one continuous flow.
  • Created 3D product assets in Blender and CLO 3D for clearer product visualization.

A more continuous print-ordering flow, supported by accurate 3D product previews and clearer decisions at each step.

Improved ordering flow and reduced support questions from customers

When a product has many configurable details, good UX makes the choices feel manageable rather than making the product feel simpler than it is.
